Ground breaking ceremony NTC

Today was the day: the ground–breaking ceremony was held in the presence of various celebrities.

The picture shows the users of the new building: (from left to right) Profs. Thommes (TVT), Wasserscheid (CRT) and Hartmann (ECRC).

After the new lecture halls were inaugurated, we went to the construction site of the NTC. After two short speeches and the actual ground–breaking ceremony, there was a reception in the premises of our soon-to-be neighbor, the Helmholtz Institute (pictured in the background).
