Teaching

The Chair of Chemical Reaction Engineering is part of the Chemical and Biological Engineering Department at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. During your studies you will get into close contact with our chair and will benefit from our profound knowledge on reaction engineering.

Your curriculum shows you to what extend our chair accompanies you throughout your studies.

In addition to our lectures we offer plenty of complementary exercises and tutorials.

During your advanced study period you will get practical insight into the field of chemical reaction engineering by attending the core lecture and advanced class practical course that will be given alongside with your lectures.

During the course of your studies you have to take part in two practical courses that will take several weeks’ time and get you in contact with up-to-date research by collaborating on a scientific project at one of our Chemical and Biological Engineering Chairs. Further, you have the chance to learn even more about our ongoing research within the framework of a bachelor’s or master’s thesis.
